Pokerfan X wins Sunday Night H.O.R.S.E

Turnout was down for this weeks edition of Sunday Night H.O.R.S.E at Full Tilt Poker. Only 162 players showed up with the $216 buy-in for the event. While the overall turnout was down, the number of Full Tilt red pros went up this week. 11 red pros, including Cyndy Violette, Stuart Paterson, Paul Sexton, and Scott Fischman came out to take their shot at this title.

Some other notables in the field included Bryan Devonshire aka badbeatninja, Ryon Nicholson aka Cardsharps_Net, Micon, and Thayer Rassmusen aka THAY3R. 24 players would make the money in this event with thehoffx being this weeks bubble boy. Of the notables, Cyndy Violette, Stuart Paterson, and Cardsharps_Net all made the money. Both Paterson and Cardsharps_Net would make the final table of this event. Stu Paterson was 2nd in chips with two tables left but entered the final table needing help. He would compete on 3rd street and was then raised by digablemars. Brilander followed along and Paterson three-bet to put the last of his chips into play. Brilander and digablemars checked it down. At showdown, Paterson showed his buried queen that never improved and brilander showed nickels and ducks to take the hand. It should be noted that brilander called three bets cold with queen high only and no draw. Digablemars never showed but one can assume he had either split kings or three big cards. Stu Paterson finished this event in 7th place.

Pokerfan X is this weeks winner of Sunday Night H.O.R.S.E. He entered the final table as one of the short stacks and steadily accumulated chips.
