Scorpio53 Wins Sunday Night H.O.R.S.E

Now that the preliminaries of the World Series of Poker are over with, players can get back to the business of playing some H.O.R.S.E. This week’s edition of Sunday Night H.O.R.S.E. drew 157 players who were looking to take down the $9,420 top prize.

The Full Tilt Poker red pro contingent was still a little light but we did have five players turn out for the event. Cyndy Violette, Diego Cordovez, Michael Craig, Scott Fischman, and Stuart Paterson all put up their buy-in. Violette was the only pro to cash for Full Tilt.

Other notables included Cardsharps_net, Dim, INTERCEPTOR, Jimmybluffi, SNACKERS, and Shaun Deeb aka “tedsfishfry” . None of the notable players were able to make the money of this event. 16 players made the money in this event with Cyndy Violette headlining the final table. This is how the final table kicked off:

The final table of Sunday Night H.O.R.S.E. started with scorpio53 holding a huge chip lead over the rest of the table. Cyndy Violette was able to move up to nearly 100,000 in chips, but a couple of badly played stud 8 hands ultimately led to her demise. Scorpio53 kept control for the final table and in the end took down the title and the $9,420 top prize.
